Fill Plant Operator

Duties And Responsibilities

• Read, understand, and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Ensure manifold meets required specifications (daily)
• Ensure all cylinders pass required pre-fill inspections prior to filling
• Fill cylinders as outlined in the SOP
• Move compressed gas or liquid cylinders
• Correctly label cylinders
• Ensure completion and accuracy of paperwork
• Avoid non-compliance with cGMP, HazMat, OSHA, and other regulatory agencies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Able to read and write English
• Able to read and interpret gauges and analog dials
• Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders
• Forklift skills and experience a plus
• Able to lift 75-100 lbs.
• Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work well with others
• Able to perform duties in a safety-conscious manner with minimal supervision
