Fill In-Janitor-Floor Care Overnight

Principal Duties

• Clean and sanitize restrooms. This includes cleaning walls, mirrors, toilets, urinals and mopping of floors.
• Replenish hand soap and paper products.
• Empty all restrooms garbage containers.
• Set up cleaning cart with all supplies and equipment necessary to clean restrooms.
• Empty garbage cans and remove cardboard boxes from kitchen area.
• Transports garbage bags and cardboard to the outside dumpsters and trash compactor.
• Mop hallway.
• Clean and sanitize areas after bodily fluid spills following the standards established for handling blood borne pathogen spills.
• Remove snow and operate snow removal equipment.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A valid Driver's License is preferred.
• One year of work experience in a commercial janitorial setting is preferred.
• A sanitation license is preferred.
• Must be able to furnish own transportation to travel from site to site.
• A Real ID or Current Passport is required.

Physical/Sensory Demands

• Lift and carry 60 pounds up to 10 feet.
• Independently push a cart with a 40-pound load up to 100 feet.
• Full range of motion and be able to maneuver in small spaces.
• Repetitive use of hands and frequent standing and walking for long periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay for this role is $19.53 an hour (SEW) (NSGL) (ROT). In addition to compensation, we offer a benefit program to full-time and part-time employees which includes medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, sick pay, vacation and holiday pay.
