About The Role As a File Tester, you'll be a key part of Navia's Imports team, ensuring client data flows smoothly and accurately into our systems. You'll become a subject matter expert in our import processes, working closely with clients, brokers, and internal partners to keep file feeds accurate and running smoothly, and play an important role supporting day-to-day operations as well as cross-functional projects. What You'll Do Process eligibility, deduction, and open enrollment files across all Navia benefit plans Retrieve and manage incoming files via SFTP Identify file discrepancies and communicate them clearly to clients Collaborate with the Imports team to meet daily processing goals Investigate and resolve discrepancies in individual files or plan data Partner with Account Managers and clients to resolve outstanding discrepancies Work with internal partners, brokers, and clients to build and maintain file feeds Provide a consistently high level of service to internal and external stakeholders Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team Requirements What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree preferred Strong Excel skills, including data manipulation A self-motivated, independent approach to work Excellent attention to detail Work Environment: Candidates within 30 miles of one of our four office locations may be asked to come into the office for a hybrid schedule depending on the role.
