• At least 2 years of Field Services Tech Analyst experience in a healthcare environment

Role Purpose

The Field Technology Support (FTS) Analyst is an entry-level position on the Field Technology Support team responsible for all end-user technology assets interfaced by employees. The FTS Analyst may be required to be 100% on-site and could support one or more locations. They may work in either a configuration or deployment capacity. The FTS Analyst serves as the face of IT support and must have a pleasant demeanor and enjoy direct interaction with others.

• High School Diploma or GED
