About the role

We are looking for smiling and passionate employees who love making a difference and want to be part of creating something special at our cinema in Fields. Your mission is to create unforgettable moments for our guests by being present, helpful, and taking responsibility—both for guests and colleagues. You are curious about our guests, understanding what makes a difference for each one, and brave enough to step out of your comfort zone.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and popcorn
• Stock and replenish supplies
• Assist guests in finding their seats in the theater
• Clean up after guests
• Ensure the cinema always appears cozy and inviting
• Take initiative to address tasks that need attention
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a welcoming environment

Requirements

• Engaged, proactive, and ready to take action where needed
• Natural ability to make people feel welcome with an eye for detail
• Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including covering shifts in case of illness
• Must be at least 15 years old

Pay

Collective agreement-based salary of DKK 182 per hour for employees over 18 years old and DKK 103 per hour for those under 18. Includes holiday pay, pension, and other allowances.

Schedule

Evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to cover shifts in case of illness is required.
