Field Warranty Superintendent

CBH Homes is looking for a Field Warranty Superintendent to join our Customer Care team! In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners, trade partners, and our internal team to assess warranty concerns, complete minor repairs, oversee larger repairs, and make sure every interaction represents the level of service CBH is known for. We're looking for someone with strong construction and handyman skills who can troubleshoot issues, take initiative, and confidently work with homeowners and trade partners while staying organized and solutions-focused.
