Field Technician - Woodinville, WA

About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Technician in the Woodinville, WA area to join our team to help with deployment, servicing, and monitoring for our robotic solutions. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure the successful operation of our robotic system.
This role is on-site near Woodinville, WA and requires ~75% regional travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers during product deployment and post-sales phases
- Assist sales teams in providing on-site demos to potential customers
- Monitor and observe the operation of customer robot fleets to ensure optimal performance
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime to the customer
- Document operational data and generate reports to track performance
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, product performance, and potential areas for improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, relevant experience or coursework in mechanical, electrical, or software fields is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations
- Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, or software systems, gained through work experience or educational background
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically in fast-paced operational environments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently and as part of a team
- Good driving record and reliable transportation to and from job locations
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site visits (approximately 20% regional travel)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company insurance standards
- Ability to pass and maintain a DOT medical certification (DOT physical)
Pay
Hourly range: $30 to $35 per hour.
