What You’ll Do

• Travel to customer locations in a company-provided repair van
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics
• Provide professional, convenient in-home repair services
• Educate customers on device protection options and support plans
• Manage your daily schedule while delivering excellent customer experiences
• Complete quality repairs efficiently and accurately

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail
• Comfort working independently in the field
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Great communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed

Pay

Competitive pay with hourly + commission opportunities. $10/hour base pay. Earn $12 commission for every successful repair job completed. Extra earning potential through: $5 commission per screen protector sold, $25 commission per Home+ protection plan sold. High-performing technicians can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour. Weekly earning potential of $700+ based on performance.
