Pay

Competitive pay with hourly + commission opportunities.

• $10/hour base pay.
• Earn $12 commission for every successful repair job completed.
• Extra earning potential through:
  • $5 commission per screen protector sold.
  • $25 commission per Home+ protection plan sold.
• High-performing technicians can earn the equivalent of $22+/hour.
• Weekly earning potential of $700+ based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations in a company-provided repair van.
• Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics.
• Provide professional, convenient in-home repair services.
• Educate customers on device protection options and support plans.
• Manage your daily schedule while delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Complete quality repairs efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, customer service, or retail.
• Comfort working independently in the field.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices, hardware, and operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when needed.
