Field Technician III

Location: Mesa, AZ.

Pay

$40.00 per hour (based on experience and job stability listed on resume).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on heavy equipment and vehicles
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals
• Conduct preventative maintenance and major component repairs (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, etc.)
• Respond to field service calls and perform repairs on-site to minimize equipment downtime
• Inspect equipment to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions
• Mentor and support Level 1 and Level 2 technicians
• Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and company procedures
• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and service reports
• Coordinate with supervisors and parts departments to ensure efficient job completion

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working on heavy equipment, diesel engines, or similar machinery
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license (CDL may be preferred depending on company)
• Ability to work in outdoor and physically demanding environments
