About the role
The role involves managing network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and providing technical support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security of the network.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve network efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT/networking experience.
- Proficiency in network protocols, such as TCP/IP, and familiarity with common networking devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Qualifications
- CCNA certification preferred.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and automation scripts.
- Knowledge of cloud services and virtualization technologies.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in network management software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
