Position Overview
Serve as lead onsite; direct, inspect, and audit technicians’ work as needed.
Perform complete installation and service work at customer sites (install/configure/troubleshoot/test) based on schedule.
Provide timely updates/deliverables to project teams and support centers; act as a point of escalation for client issues and drive resolution when possible.
Help train less experienced technicians and support administrative tasks coaching.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Technician I (or equivalent low-voltage experience)
- Low-voltage installation/service: install, configure, troubleshoot, test onsite
- Proficiency in 5 of these areas: Voice, Data, Fire Alarm, Fiber, Burg Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Digital Signage, Access Points, Networking
- Industry manufacturer certifications or structured cabling experience; BICSI Installer 1; OSHA 30 and LIFT (must be maintained); local installer licenses/cards; HIPAA Training
- Knowledge across technologies such as CCTV, intrusion, fire alarm, access control, networking
