Our team works directly with clients across a variety of industries, providing both strategic technology guidance and hands-on technical support. We're looking for a Field Technician II who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of issues through resolution. - Coordinate with vendors, internet service providers, and client stakeholders to drive issues to resolution
- Build trusted client relationships through clear communication, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach
- Document work performed and collaborate with teammates to deliver effective client support
Skills
- Take ownership of problems and enjoy seeing them through to resolution
- Build trust quickly and communicate well with both technical and non-technical people
- Stay resourceful when the solution isn't immediately obvious
- Enjoy working in different client environments rather than supporting the same users every day
- Like balancing technical troubleshooting with relationship-building and customer service
- Take pride in being someone others can rely on when issues need to be resolved
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, and Mac environments

- Ability to independently troubleshoot and manage onsite technical issues
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with ability to travel regularly to client sites throughout the region
- Bonus: Previous MSP experience
- Bonus: ConnectWise or comparable PSA/ticketing platform experience
- Bonus: Microsoft or networking certifications
- Bonus: Experience supporting small and mid-sized business environments
Schedule
- Frequent onsite client visits (typically 3+ days per week) across a variety of business environments
- Participation in an on-call rotation (approximately one week every three months)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in confined spaces when needed
- Occasional ladder use
Pay
- Base salary: $45,000 - $60,000
- Eligible for profit sharing
- Overtime eligibility as applicable
Benefits
- 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year to support causes that matter to you
- Opportunity to work with a variety of clients, technologies, and business environments while building meaningful relationships
- Chance to grow technical skills and expand experience
