Field Technician II

Job Summary:The Field Technician II will be responsible for performing field installations, repairs, and maintenance for Vinmar International's products and services. This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to start their career in technical services and support within a dynamic industry environment. Key Responsibilities:Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment in the fieldAssist in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to company products and servicesMaintain accurate records of service reports, installations, and customer interactionsProvide excellent customer service and support during field visitsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and departmental policiesWork closely with senior technicians and other team members to complete projects timely and effectivelyParticipate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred Prior experience in a technical or field service role is a plus but not required Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
