Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure and equipment.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
- Knowledge of common network protocols and security best practices.
