Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Suite.
• Knowledge of common network protocols and security best practices.
