Field Technician - Augusta, ME
Duties And Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and related applications
- Repair / install / remove printers, POS, laptops, desktops, servers, network equipment
- Perform preventive and routine maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Provide clear, professional technical support to customers both onsite and via phone
- Maintain accurate service documentation, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of printers (laser and wide format / plotters), computer hardware, and software systems
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service
- Able to manage multiple tasks independently while also functioning effectively in a team environment
- Must be able to climb ladders and utilize hand tools efficiently
- Physical ability to lift and transport equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High School/GED Required

Pay
The wage range for this position is between $17.25 - $23.00 per hour, unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
