McDonald has been involved in a diversity of projects including new commercial construction; complete mechanical and electrical upgrades to industrial and commercial buildings; industrial backup power generation; civil, commercial, and industrial construction; landfill inspection and planning; and environmental remediation.

Julie Hollensbe is the Executive Vice President at Walker-Miller Energy Services. She has nearly 20 years in the energy efficiency industry. Most recently, Julie held the position of Senior Manager, Residential Energy Efficiency Implementation with Commonwealth Edison (ComEd).

Shalaya Morisette is the VP of Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives at Walker-Miller Energy Services. She has over 13 years of expertise at the nexus of Business Administration, Energy, and Engineering. Shalaya is a dynamic leader who excels in advancing federal diversity and economic opportunity programs, fostering partnerships with thousands of organizations across the energy sector.

IV Blackwell is the Chief Financial Officer for Walker-Miller Energy Services.

Brie Gutmann is the Director of Strategic Marketing for Walker-Miller Energy Services. She brings over 20 years of B2C and B2B marketing experience across consumer brands and in the energy efficiency space.

Komal Doshi is the VP of Beneficial Electrification and Mobility at Walker-Miller Energy Services. She has over a decade of experience working at the intersection of mobility, energy, and communities.
