Maintenance and Repairs
- Perform minor irrigation repairs and adjustments.
- Perform grounds maintenance including blowing, pressure washing, mowing, and trimming.
- Reset cobble and landscaping elements.
- Weed control.
- Patrol common areas, pool, and parking lots, perform litter and debris control, note safety & maintenance issues.
- Paint split rail fencing and perform graffiti remediation as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain a clean work area, tools, and equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience in property maintenance/landscaping/irrigation.
- General computer knowledge; Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word proficiency a plus.
- Experience with lawn and landscaping tools, machinery.
- Superior multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Able to manage workflow amid shifting priorities.
- Willing to learn company process and procedures, and learn/use proprietary software.
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record.
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all internal and external customers at all times.
Special Position Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policy.
- Have reliable transportation.
Essential Functions
- Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc.
- Use standard maintenance equipment, including: vehicles, power equipment, hand tools, etc.
- Relocate up to (50) pounds.
- Be stationary or in motion for periods of time.
Schedule & Travel
- Up to 28 hours per week between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
- Occasional weekend or on-call duties may arise.
