As a Technician, you’ll deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. You’re the backbone of our organization, ensuring an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Career Growth & Pay

• Automatic promotion after 6 months with a $1/hour raise
• Additional promotions with 5–10% pay increases based on performance
• Starting pay: $21.25/hour (may reflect a combination of hourly pay rate and location pay differential)
• Bonus potential: Earn up to $6,400 your first year, and up to $9,100 annually after

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• Schedule flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability:
  • Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
  • Lift up to 70 lbs
  • Meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
• Customer focus: Build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
• Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather
• Adaptability: Handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease
