Field Technician

About The Role

This position involves performing on-site and in-house servicing, repair, and installation of our products. The role is essential for maintaining operational equipment that aligns with customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process inspections at subcontractor facilities.
• Provide technical support to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Act as the primary customer contact for technical and service-related issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures.
• Determine the most cost-effective repair or resolution.
• Prepare detailed service reports for internal and external customers.
• Perform general maintenance tasks and resolve less complex problems immediately.

Requirements

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
• Proficient in English literacy.
• Ability to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Ability to use typical hand and power tools.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing work environment.

Work Environment

Ability to travel up to 50%.
