Responsibilities

• Install and repair services
• Educate customers on service use
• Stay active and work outdoors; no two days are the same
• Solve problems and overcome daily challenges
• Build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers
• Work outdoors utilizing hand tools in various environments
• Receive support to build confidence and skills to solve complex technical issues

Requirements

Education: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Language: Fluent in English.

Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record within company standards required.

Skills

• Proficiency in using computers and software applications
• Competent in using hand tools
• Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability

Pay

Base pay: $20.50/hour, with potential to increase through self‑progression program.

Pay range generally between $20.00 and $25.25, based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Career self‑progression plan: move from Field Technician I to IV with 10% increases per level and bonus payments for completed coursework.

Schedule

Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary.
