Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Radiological Surveys & Sampling: Conduct technical radiological surveys with hand-held equipment, capture data, collect material samples, take notes, pictures, and document site observations.
- Oil & Gas Facility Maintenance: Perform manual labor including vessel filter swaps, deep clean equipment, package/sample waste, and complete tasks with proper PPE.
- Tank & Pipeline Operations: Execute tank pump-outs, perform confined space entry and cleanings, and support pipeline integrity tool cleaning operations (pigging).
- Waste Management & Packaging: Execute safe and compliant waste packaging, labeling, and securing of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials for transport.
- Civil & Environmental Remediation: Perform manual labor and equipment operation to rebuild, line, and restore environmental containment ponds, and hands-on site demolition and decommissioning.
- Logistics & Transportation: Safely transport materials, equipment, and waste to and from project sites in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Facility & Asset Upkeep: Maintain, clean, and service company equipment to ensure field readiness, and keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficiently structured.
Qualifications
- Able to apply strong mechanical aptitude to various hands-on field situations.
- A quick learner who can easily master new principles/techniques and integrate them into daily work.
- Self-motivated with a strong internal work ethic.
- Passionate about working safely, able to follow strict safety protocols, and able to pass an initial and regular drug/alcohol testing.
- Possess a clean criminal background and a clean DMV driving record.
- Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Willing to travel for out-of-state projects (100% company-paid expenses) and work long hours/overtime when a project demands it.
Skills & Aptitude
- Heavy equipment experience is a plus, but not necessary.
- Prior experience in hydro-vac operation, industrial tank cleaning, environmental remediation, or general environmental field services is highly desired.

Pay & Schedule
- Competitive hourly wage range: $20.00 to $30.00+ per hour, highly dependent on experience, certifications, and capabilities.
- Premium pay opportunities on State and Federal Davis-Bacon Act projects.
- Paid overtime is available and frequently required to meet the schedule.
