Responsibilities
- Ensure all necessary information is recorded and/or communicated in a timely and accurate manner to the appropriate people.
- Manage efficient use of labor, materials, supplies and equipment; and provide PM cost summaries.
- Communicate effectively with job superintendents, erectors, and project management.
- Inform manager of any nonconformity of product. Prepare docs. to share with QC and Production
- Review shop drawings to determine required welding, bolting and erection procedures.
- Correct safety hazards, poor behavior, and unsafe actions immediately
- Ensure job site is clean and orderly.
- Responsible for promoting the company Safety Program and to ensure field personnel adhere to the existing Safety Procedures.
- Oversee the installation of Erection of PDM product.
- Communicate directly with Project Managers on progress.
- Perform steel installation as needed.
- Directly engage with erectors, PM’s and client on steel repairs
- Be respectful of PDM teammates and support teamwork amongst coworkers.

- Represent the company in business with customers, consultants, contractors, and other public and/or private agencies and organizations.
- Maintain proficiency in master detailing and repair techniques for both structural and architectural products.
- Maintain proficiency in interpreting shop drawings.
Qualifications
- Management and Communication Skills required
- Minimum High School Diploma or General Education Diploma equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in Steel Industry desired
