Job Summary

About the Role

Field Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing material handling equipment at customer locations to ensure optimal performance and maximize uptime. They travel to customer sites in a fully equipped Pape’ service vehicle, interact with customers, and provide top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair material handling equipment
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance and repairs

Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
• Basic computer knowledge
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills
• Driver’s license with a good driving record. CDL preferred
• Must provide own tools

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

$35+/hr (Depending on Experience)
