About the role

As a Health & Safety Incident Response Technician, you'll ensure health and safety compliance, provide first aid and incident reports, perform health screenings, and draw blood when certified. You'll respond to various worksites from construction to refineries in a company vehicle, making a real impact while gaining diverse skills.

Field Technicians must be excellent communicators, comfortable with public speaking, and able to articulate instructions clearly. You should be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods. Willingness to operate a motor vehicle for extended periods and long distances is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure health and safety compliance on worksites
  • Provide first aid and complete incident reports
  • Perform health screenings and draw blood (when certified)
  • Respond to various worksites including construction and refineries
  • Operate a company vehicle for extended periods and long distances
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with worksite personnel

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Must be insurable by our motor vehicle insurance policy (minimum 3 years driving history or documented defensive driving training; no severe driving record "hits")
  • Pass a criminal background check (as permitted by law)
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain compliance with drug testing policy requirements
  • Comfortable standing, walking, sitting, and climbing stairs for extended periods

Qualifications

We're seeking dedicated professionals with education or experience in:

  • EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, Military Medic, or equivalent
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

Or with additional in-house training:

  • Emergency Medical Responder
  • X-Ray Technician
  • Phlebotomist
  • Medical Assistant
  • Certified Nursing Assistant

Benefits
