About the role

HomeSmiles is looking for a dependable, hardworking Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join our growing team in the Northern Virginia / DMV Area. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being active, working outdoors, and learning practical skills. Prior experience is helpful but not required—we provide hands-on training and the equipment needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Dryer vent cleaning
• Gutter cleaning
• Pressure washing and exterior cleaning
• Window cleaning
• HVAC coil and drain cleaning
• Property maintenance services
• Equipment setup and operation
• Job site preparation and cleanup
• Driving company vehicles to customer locations
• Providing professional and courteous customer service

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to our office
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the day
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable using ladders when required
