Job Hours
Job hours are typically Monday – Friday, 7:45 am-4:15 pm, with occasional overtime and some Saturdays.
General Job Duties
- Customer contact and follow-up
- Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors
- Inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire, and weather related incidents
- Work in a team setting to achieve goals
Required Experience
- Strong customer service background
- Professional communication skills
- Production, people-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to consistently lift and carry up to 35 lbs. daily
- Valid drivers license
Compensation
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
