Essential Functions
- Execute specific demolition/abatement tasks as instructed
- Clean and prepare project sites
- Work off ladders, lifts or scaffolding and with mechanical equipment as needed
- Operate hand tools and power tools
- Able to understand and follow directions
Requirements
- Focused on SAFETY at all times
- Minimum of 1 year construction experience OR technical & trade school, community college coursework in construction, demolition, or environmental services required
- OSHA 10 or higher construction training preferred; if not current, willing to get certificate within 30 days of hire
- Experience with construction hand tools required
- Experience working outside during all seasons and in all-weather required
- Able to pass pre-employment post-offer physical
- Able to communicate effectively
- Organized, hardworking and motivated
- Strong team player with positive attitude
Total Rewards
- Compensation Range: $20.00 - $24.00/hour
