This position requires the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship is required.
About the Role
Work on military vehicles including MLRS, Bradley, M1A1, HUMVEE, HEMITT, bulldozers, and front-end loaders. Provide technical guidance to resolve difficult and unusual maintenance problems, analyze maintenance programs, and offer beneficial recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Render technical guidance for complex maintenance issues.
- Analyze maintenance programs and recommend improvements.
- Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment and integrated systems.
- Perform technical support on products, subsystems, and software at customer/field locations.
- Analyze and evaluate product performance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions efficiently.
- Install, upgrade, and remove products while ensuring coordinated engineering field changes.
- Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
- Provide onsite training for customer support personnel as needed.
Requirements
- Familiarity with gasoline and diesel engines (mandatory).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for vehicles (mandatory).
- Familiarity with Redstone Arsenal, AL operations (desired).
- Experience with engine and diesel engine systems (desired).
