About the role
This Field Technician will serve as the primary onsite contact for technical and service-related issues in the Fargo, ND area, providing end-user support for printers, kiosks, POS systems, and related hardware/software.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, kiosks, and POS systems
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Perform routine maintenance to optimize equipment performance
- Deliver clear technical assistance to customers onsite and over the phone
- Maintain accurate service records and uphold quality standards
- Collaborate with Level II or Lead Technicians to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of printers, computer hardware, and software
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in a team
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- W2 employment only; no Corp to Corp
Pay
The rate for this position is between $16.50 - $22.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
