Colby Pest Control Service is a local, family-owned and operated company. We take great pride in the superior service and lasting relationships we’ve built with our clients over the past 40 years. As we start our fourth decade, we are expanding the team!

Responsibilities

• Customer oriented
• Maintaining established service route
• Knowledge of pests and remediation
• Excellent communication with both customers and coworkers
• Ability to work on the weekends occasionally

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Conversant or fluent in Spanish, a plus
• Be comfortable using a smartphone
• Read a map or use a navigation app
• Pass a background check
• Have good time management and the ability to prioritize tasks to complete a job
• Current and valid CA driver's license
• Maximum of one moving violation or accident on your driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 20 - 50 lbs
• Ability to walk, crawl, stand, or sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to fit in standard attic and subarea crawlspace
• Valid and current California Applicator or Field Representative license
• Basic knowledge of construction, a plus

Pay

Hourly pay $21 - $25/hr with overtime available. Commission plan for field representatives.
