Core Responsibilities
Service Call Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues, perform end-to-end health checks, and confirm the unit is in good overall shape.
Preventative Maintenance: Inspect machines, clean components, replace filters, and ensure optimal unit operation.
Post-Installation Machine Support: Assist with commissioning new unit installations, including electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration connections.
Documentation and Reporting: Use basic AI tools for efficient documentation and record-keeping.
Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and regulations, including proper refrigerant handling and electrical work.
Required Qualifications
EPA Section 608 Certification: Required for refrigerant handling and compressor work.
Refrigeration Experience: Required. Understanding of sealed systems, compressors, and refrigerant circuits.
HVAC Certification: Strongly preferred.
Experience Driving a Forklift: Strongly preferred. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required for occasional day trips to customer sites.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and a digital multimeter.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.

Experience working with R410A.

Benefits
Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
