Reports to: Field Supervisor
Action Environmental is a full-service environmental and industrial services contractor committed to safety and environmental compliance. They have successfully completed thousands of turnkey projects over the past 30 years. This expansion is seeking motivated, hands-on Field Technicians to grow with them.

What You’ll Do

• Perform hands-on industrial cleaning and environmental services on active job sites
• Operate specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks, hoses, and blasting systems
• Follow strict safety protocols and wear protective equipment at all times
• Work as part of a team to complete demanding projects efficiently and safely
• Handle physically active tasks including lifting, pulling, and maneuvering equipment
• Work in a variety of environments, including confined spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
• Respond to emergency and scheduled service calls, sometimes on short notice
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the role

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and willingness to perform physically demanding work
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel when required
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with varying conditions (heat, cold, noise, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform sustained physical activity
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass DOT medical and pulmonary fit tests
• Reliable communication and ability to respond quickly when on call
• Basic English reading and writing skills
