Responsibilities

  • Providing service and customer support during field visits and dispatches by studying system requirements, investigating complaints, diagnosing errors or technical problems, determining proper solutions, conducting tests and resolving problems.
  • Responding to customer tech service telephone calls and emails in a timely fashion.
  • Installation of new equipment and start-up on-site.
  • Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
  • Sets daily work schedules.
  • Schedules travel arrangements.
  • Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
  • Downtime would include working in our Assembly Department assembling new machinery as needed.
  • Builds positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • At least two years of experience in service.
  • Required experience in machinery mechanics and electronics.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, and repair.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
