Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electronic failures
- Support advanced parts replacement and repairs
- Validate equipment readiness and functionality
- Provide technical guidance to field technicians
- Aid in complex repair scenarios
- Support troubleshooting and resolution planning
Training & Knowledge Transfer Support
- Support technician onboarding and skills development
- Aid in hands-on labs and training sessions
- Mentor technicians
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Maintain hardware repair guides and playbooks
- Capture field best practices and lessons learned
- Update technical reference materials
Quality & Improvement
- Participate in root cause analysis
- Support quality assurance initiatives
- Recommend process and technical improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience preferred
- 5+ years of ATM/ITM field service experience
- Strong hardware diagnostic skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Pay Range
$29 - $35 per hour
