We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our Field Electrical team. Open positions may include Electricians, Electrical Foremen, and Electrical Superintendents, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and systems
- Interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in the field
- Install conduit, cable trays, panels, and other electrical components
- Test electrical systems using appropriate diagnostic tools
- Ensure work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety procedures
- Cookordinate with project managers, supervisors, and field personnel to complete projects on schedule
- Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and job site activities (Foreman/Superintendent roles)
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and job site safety
- Communicate project updates, material needs, and potential issues to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Electrical apprenticeship, journeyman certification, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working in commercial, industrial, or field electrical environments
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and construction plans
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred for Foreman and Superintendent roles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in various field environments
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights when required
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license may be required
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed
- Willingness to work overtime or varied schedules depending on project needs
