Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day support to sales and dealers for ordering:
    • Maintaining and providing solutions to incoming Salesforce cases.
    • Discount and trade-in approval management.
    • Trade-in process facilitation and tracking.
    • Credit hold communication & resolution support.
    • Key account transaction support as needed.
    • Direct customer transaction support as needed.
    • Any other channel ops requests that come in from dealers.
  • Managing discount approval requests from beginning to end and maintaining discount approval forms in the areas of pricing.
  • Working with dealers to resolve ordering issues that prevent timely booking & fulfillment.
  • Maintaining account and contact information related to business systems access.
  • Dealer Administration:
    • Ongoing dealer account and contact data management.
    • New dealer and employee onboarding coordination.
    • Dealer termination and offboarding coordination.

Travel Requirements: Up to 1% travel.

Success Metrics

  • Daily management of the channel ops case queue in Salesforce (or other tools that may be introduced over time), with a goal to respond with a first outreach to all new items in the queue within a business day.
  • Timely response and resolution time to sales and dealer requests leveraging a consistent process and accurate data.
  • Adherence to the process and policies.
  • Objectively measured improvements in key processes associated with ordering and fulfillment — with specific metrics and time frames to be defined.
  • Close working relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, finance, the business, dealers, as well as other team members within the Field Systems Sales Operations & Channel Enablement team.

Requirements

  • A solid understanding of Trimble’s ordering and fulfillment processes and policies.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills with an ability to clearly communicate across the organization, including senior leadership.

  • A desire to leverage new efficient and scalable processes combined with an open-minded approach towards always doing it better.
  • Curiosity and listening skills with an ability to manage multiple inputs and opinions.

  • Solid knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Salesforce and DOMO.

Pay

Hiring Range: $78,400.00–$107,900.00 (Salary)
