Field Support Technician - UIC Science

UIC Arctic Operations & Development is seeking a Project Manager to lead our Arctic operations and development projects. This position will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Oversee project teams and coordinate with stakeholders
• Ensure project compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Manage project risks and issues
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience in Arctic operations and development projects preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• Knowledge of Arctic operating conditions and regulatory requirements
