About the role

The Field Support Team is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to customers in Virginia Beach, VA. This includes troubleshooting issues, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to customer equipment and systems.

Requirements
