Executive Summary
HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Cleared Field Support Engineer to provide expert, second-tier technical support, system configuration, and on-site training to field engineers and customers.
Position Description
- Maintain network stability, troubleshoot technical problems, provide technical guidance on system adaptations, and resolve complex reoccurring incidents at customer sites.
- Provides expert and second-tier technical support and analysis to field engineers and technicians.
- Provides technical advice and guidance on installation, adaptation, configuration, or enhancement of technical products, programs, and systems.
- Tests, trains, and fields support to customers regarding technical aspects of designated systems and services.
- Provides expertise for the resolution of technical problems, troubleshoots products, and modifies products to customer requirements.
- Maintains network stability through advanced troubleshooting, timely resolution of incidents, and proactive maintenance to provide the maximum availability and optimal Mean Time to Repair.
- Provides training to customers.
- Partners with developers and engineers to reduce reoccurring incidents.
- Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization and usage of designated systems and services.
Required Qualifications
- Active/Current Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Possess knowledge of designated systems.
- Willingness to work outside of normal work hours.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% (CONUS and OCONUS).
- Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) with 0 years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Pay
$130,000 – $173,000
