Field Support Engineer-Senior - Revo Health

About the role

The Information Technology Senior Field Support Engineer provides primary technical support to end‑users on PC and phone related troubleshooting while demonstrating strong customer service skills. This position supports employees in interfacing with network, phone systems, and software applications, assists in training new IT hires and leading projects, and is expected to work both from the corporate office and in clinic and surgery center spaces. Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care; the role is employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health.

Responsibilities

• Answer IT Service Center calls, diagnose problems, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions to ensure employees have the tools to operate at maximum efficiency.
• Recognize and escalate priority issues and translate technical terms into non‑technical language.
• Provide escalation support and training to junior IT Support Services staff.
• Work with other IT teams to provide support service assistance on technical work and projects.
