Duties And Responsibilities
- Operate NSITE software based on event support requirements
- Support NSITE software field testing and reporting
- Cookordinate and interact with site personnel to perform hardware integration
- Maintain configuration management documentation (Microsoft Visio) and verify system configurations
- Identify system engineering requirements from customers for event specific NSITE recording or mission viewing
Qualifications
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology (or related degree) and two (2) or more years of experience; Additional six (6) years’ experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle)
- Clearance Requirements: Must possess an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required
- Required Skills: Security+ or CISSP Certification, Available to travel CONUS or OCONUS for Event support (25% per year), Microsoft OS Certification (or FedVTE/Gov Microsoft OS Certificate), Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, Strong interpersonal skills and reporting practices, Basic Information Technology (IT) principles and troubleshooting experience, Experience with Internet Protocol (IP) networks, network troubleshooting and Cisco network equipment, Strong Windows 10/11 OS configuration experience, Strong Microsoft Office and Visio skills
