About the role

The Field Engineer position at Garney Construction acts as a bridge between the office engineers and the field teams, ensuring that projects meet engineering specifications and are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Survey and lay-out job sites
• Process and review shop drawings
• Update as-built documents
• Audit completed construction
• Complete daily and periodic report updates
• Coordinate subcontractor work

Requirements

• Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

Qualifications

• Entry-level project management experience
• Knowledge of engineering specifications and construction practices
