About the role
Richard Heath & Associates, Inc. (RHA) is currently hiring for the position of Field Supervisor. This full-time, non-exempt role involves managing and coordinating all administrative and field duties for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Appliance Delivery teams. The Field Supervisor will work closely with Resource Innovations (RI) and Utility Program Managers to ensure program goals and objectives related to RI’s HVAC and Appliance Delivery programs are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all administrative and field duties for the HVAC and Appliance Delivery teams
- Work closely with Resource Innovations (RI) and Utility Program Managers to ensure program goals and objectives are met
Requirements
- Must have minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Two years of experience working with energy efficiency programs - Preferred
- Experience in HVAC industry - Preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel required
- Highly effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking
- Organized with attention to detail and able to maintain records/databases
- Excellent follow-through skills and ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a team environment
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Able to transfer technical and programmatic requirements into practical implementation protocols
Qualifications
