Field Supervisor/ Superintendent (Commercial & Industrial Flooring)

About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position supervises multiple production crews. Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and reading blueprints to develop phasing plans for projects
- Interacting with potential and current customers
- Managing project costs and profitability
- Organizing pre-job meetings, job progress reports, ensuring safety, and evaluating crew members
- Collaborating with the sales team on project change orders and adjustments
- Documenting projects through pictures, tracking reports, completion forms, etc.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of finished concrete or epoxy flooring experience
- Good working knowledge of flooring procedures and safety
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational/time management skills
- Experience with polished concrete and epoxy installation (plus)
- Valid State driver’s license (in good standing)
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Passes a pre-employment drug test
