Field Supervisor, Residential Kitchen & Bath Remodeling - Canton

Your Responsibilities Would Include:
- Create an exceptional client experience and earn a 5-Star Google Review
- Measure at the project site to order project materials
- Order and coordinate the timely delivery of project materials
- Manage our warehouse, including logging and labeling all incoming shipments and properly organizing them and ensuring all project materials are sorted and accounted for prior to installation
- Over-communicate with clients and install teams, including scheduling the installation and sending the client a detailed schedule of their project one week prior to the start date
- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day field work to ensure it is conducted according to our Client Service Trustpoints, within the scope of the proposal and our gross profit margin, within the client investment range, and compliant with safety codes and ordinances
- Inspect the completion of the project and forward feedback to the Project Manager, the Operations Manager, the General Manager, and/or other teammates
- Recruit installer teams (1099s and W-2s)
- Participate in Operations Team meetings
Requirements:
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, three days per week office day in Canton office for team building and warehouse management
- Available to occasionally work late or weekend hours to complete projects in a timely fashion
- Onsite Field Supervisor experience with residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling
- Strong problem-solving skills and effectiveness at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required; must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in both languages.
