FIELD SUPERVISOR - QA / QC AND COMPLIANCE (EASTERN US)

About the role

The Field Supervisor - QA/QC and Compliance is responsible for overseeing quality assurance and compliance activities in the Eastern United States. This role ensures that all operations meet regulatory standards and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA/QC activities to ensure compliance with established protocols and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions plans based on audit findings.
• Train and mentor team members on QA/QC procedures and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and present reports on QA/QC activities and compliance status to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a QA/QC or compliance role.
• Experience working in a regulated industry such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) principles.
