Field Supervisor - Maintenance

Our mission is to help create, improve and enhance our client’s outdoor spaces by professional designs, installation and maintaining their landscape with our professional team of expert technicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage all labor, equipment and material budgets
• Provide leadership to your crew while fostering a safe work environment and a positive company culture
• Lead by example and provide training and impart skills to achieve the highest quality landscapes that exceed competitive and industry standards
• Projects may include landscaping installs, Landscape designs, Maintaining properties and or installing pavers, walls, decorative stonework, horticulture and plantings, pergolas, irrigation, lighting, fire features and water features

Requirements

• High School diploma or Ged
• At least 2 plus years related experience in landscaping and Supervisor position
• Valid Drivers license
• Clean Background Check
• Honesty
• Work Ethic
• Positive Attitude
• Leadership/ communication Skills
