About The Opportunity WinnCompanies is searching for a Field Supervisor to join our military housing team at Fort Drum Mountain Community Homes located in Fort Drum, NY. In this role, you will assist with the overall operation of the maintenance service call function, preventive maintenance program, and the Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) team. You will perform the oversight of maintenance staff members, and you will be responsible for ensuring the team members in the field complete COM and service request work in accordance with time and quality expectations. Please note that the pay range for this position is $28.77 - $31.66 per hour, depending on experience. This position is located at a federal facility. In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility. Responsibilities Maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the technicians, subcontractors, and residential service coordinators to facilitate the service and COM requirements for the location assigned. Adjust technician’s schedules as needed to complete all work requests in a timely manner. Develop and support technicians. Assist in the coordination of technician training, truck stock inventories, vacation planning, and company meetings. May be responsible for duties of Maintenance Technicians, Service Order Coordinators, COM coordinators and other Field Supervisors in their absence or as required. Perform Quality Control checks for service request process for technician and subcontracted work to ensure time and quality expectations are met. Service Order Coordination includes investigation resident complaints and resolve when possible and coordinating subcontractor work and schedule specialty work to be performed outside of the normal appointment system. COM Coordination includes scope and identify tasks required for COM including estimating time and cost to complete repairs, coordinating contractor work. Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Less than 1 year of supervisory experience. A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy. Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties. Experience with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Ability to comprehend and converse in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment. Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities. This position is located at a federal facility. Preferred Qualifications Vocational or technical training. EPA, HVAC, electric, appliance, or general contractor certifications.
