What You’ll Do
- Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures.
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
- Provide status reports for monthly/annual scorecards, departmental results meetings, and service/training needs.
- Interview, hire, train, and motivate staff while instilling a professional, customer service driven attitude among the team.
- Set production and maintenance goals ensuring that best safety practices are followed.
- Maintain install and service daily production schedule.
- Show exemplary service to customers, corporate leadership, peer supervisors and staff.

- A positive, professional attitude, even in challenging situations
- Dependability and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladder work, crawl spaces, etc.)
Minimum Requirements
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of proven field supervisory experience.
- At least 4 years of field installation experience.
- A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record as verified by the Iowa Department of Transportation. (I.D.O.T)
- Candidate must live within the market or surrounding area (Iowa City, North Liberty, Coralville)
Preferred Qualifications
- Jones NCTI Certifications
- Telecommunications/Utility industry experience
